Unique to Cyprus the park
is over one million sq.m, in a natural
setting, beautifully landscaped with
lakes, ponds and gardens. It houses one
of the largest private collection of
birds in the world, which range from a
selection of exotic parrots to emus,
ostrich, swans, birds of prey and owls,
to name but a few.
There is an extensive
variety of animals that children love
from ponies, giraffes, monkeys,
tortoises and a petting zoo were they
can interact with the animals. There are
also regular owl and parrot shows in the
amphitheatre and more recently the meer
cats have arrived in a new pen.
Allow as much time as
you can to enjoy the sights and sounds
of this unique park, it is a good day
out and takes at least 2-3 hours to
visit all the pens and animal houses. At
reception you will be given a detailed
map of the park with all areas clearly
marked.
