|
Crystal clear waters and
a lovely clean beach of sand and
pebbles. Pissouri beach stretches for
more than 2Km around a sweeping natural
bay, from Aspros point to the rocky
hills. During the season all facilities
are available from jet ski's, water
skiing to sunbeds and sun umbrellas all
for hire on the beach front. A lifeguard
is usually in attendance during the
months of April to October and first aid
is available at this point.
Pissouri beach is
popular with families during the summer
months. |

Additional Information |
a) In conjunction with The Columbia Hotel a new toilet and shower
block has been built and the surrounding area has been landscaped.
It is set back from the beach and includes a disabled toilet. Other
toilets are available along the beach.
b) Access to the beach for the disabled is limited due to steep
gradients, but it is possible with care.
c) The Columbia Hotel welcomes non residents for meals or just
coffee.
d) There are a number of tavernas and restaurants around the beach
area.
e) There is a small supermarket and bank within a short walking
distance of the beach front.
f) The walkway along the beach has been upgraded and virtually
stretches the whole length of the beach.
g) There is parking for over 50 cars but are quickly filled during
the season. |

Directions to Location |
|
Take either
the A6 or B6 from Paphos towards Limassol. After driving for approximately 20 minutes, you will see the signs for Pissouri. Pissouri beach is well signposted from there.
