Hope you will allow this to stay up Neil. A friend of mine as asked me to make people aware of the up and coming launch of Open Studio. http://www.openstudioscy.com This is what its about :- Open Studios presents an opportunity to meet artists in their studios or workplace and see them at work. Participating artists will be opening their studios to the public on selected weekends throughout October 2011, between the hours of 10AM to 1PM and 2PM to 6PM, giving visitors the unique opportunity to meet them and speak about their creative process in a relaxed and informal setting. There is no need to make an appointment, there are no entry fees or charges and while not the main focus of the Event, it is also an opportunity to buy artworks direct from the artists, or to commission special pieces. The Launch Party and Exhibition is to be held in Pafos on Wednesday 28th September starting at 7pm. There are a limited number of invitations available, if interested. She has given me some invites if you would like any, so please let me know. If anyone is a member of CL , could you do me a favour and post this on there for me. Cheers. |
