I have many recipes that I would like to cook that use Chorizo. Does anyone know where you can purchase genuine Chorizo in the paphos area? I'm not talking about the sliced pre-packed stuff that Carrefour etc. sell. I'm looking for the whole Spanish Chorizo, dry cured sausage. If these are not available does anyone know of a good substitute thats available here? Salami just doesn't hack it. It must be hot, spicy & garlic. |

hi they have it on the deli counter at phillipos supermarket coral bay. They cut chunk and slice if you wish. |
