2 cans chick peas, drained 1 tsp marmite 5 oz breadcrumbs 5 oz chopped walnuts 1 onion finely chopped small can sweetcorn, drained garlic 2 tbsp sherry & vegetable stock fresh coriander, chopped 1 packet puff pastry
Place chickpeas yeast extract nuts and crumbs in a blender and chop. Fry onion, place in a bowl and add chickpea mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Roll out pastry to about 14" x 12". Place mix in middle and fold over, seal edges with egg, and bake in 200 c oven for approx 30-40 mins. I usually make 2 with this amount of pastry and freeze one.
