Last Friday, we went with another couple to try to their Friday special Fish and Chips, very pleasantly surprised. well worth the value and then had a swim later in the afternoon in the sea opposite.
Saw they did a quiz on a monday night, I am usually rehearsing on Monday with the Zingers, but we had a night off this Monday, so we thought we would give it a try. €5 for supper and first drink. We went thinking it will probably be dips and or sausage rolls. What a surprise, first drink was exactly that, whatever we ordered. (In my case vodka sprite), choice of 4 dishes for supper. Chicken curry, quiche, pasty and chips, pork chop. All this for a fiver, plus a quiz.
It was a lovely evening and would recommend it to all.
Not bad sunsets either.
