is this the one on the right as you travel from Coral Bay to St George along the main road ? Past (the artist formerly known as) Goosefat & Garlic ?

Hi Marj,

Not sure if you are recommending this place to eat , have you tried it ? I prefer not to be the "guinea pig" as some of these so called eating places should have a health warning . Anyone out there tried this one? :doh

We've been there and it was lovely. The trouble with recommendations though is that they can be great on the first visit, but not so on the next.

All you can do is speak from personal opinion. :greetings

Visited Anesi tonight we had the winter warmer menu -- good value for money portions were large so didn't have room for pudding. We would definitely go back again they had a nice log fire going so it was nice and christmasy. They are also doing Xmas fare for Christmas eve € 4o/Christmas day € 35/ New years eve € 40 -- very reasonable prices and a good menu for all 3. Marj

I've been to this restaurant a few times since arriving here (its very local to me!!) and must say I've never had a bad meal yet, and also I find the prices very reasonable
