We ate there today for Sunday buffet lunch. I will try to be objective about it. The buffet is fairly extensive with dips, salad starters, main course and deserts. Our bill was €25/head and included drinks and coffees. The dips were all home made and the tarra was to die for.a pale pinky peach colour (rather than the additive ridden muck you get in most places) Our only criticism of the salads was that they were all a little too vinegary for our taste. The mains consisted of stuffed pasta & stuffed vegetables for the vegetarians. The Chicken Souvla, lamb and pork souvlaki are all cooked in the traditional way in the wood oven and were delicious and very tender. Deserts were OK but as is common in Cypriot restaurants nothing worth shouting about. The setting is superb and the covered outdoor area has new side screens which make it pleasant even at this time of year We had a glimpse of the Al-a-carte menu and my first impression was that it was a little limited but sometimes this is not a bad thing. It includes a section that is effectively a "drinks platter" for lunchtimes. Would we go back?........ Definitely (Probably going to book for the Christmas eve gala dinner) Would we recommend it to a friend?....... Definitely Brian & Steph |

Although I also recommend the full version, Maple, Ive changed the link to take people to the short one. The full one depends on a solid high-speed connection, which isnt always available ... And I think that as many people as possible should get this message. Take a look, folks, and discover a very good thing. |
