Wnated to do something a bit different with my haggis, so..... Haggis Fajitas. Made my own salsa (tangy), sour cream, cheddar cheese, fresh chili and a little nando's sauce for that extra kick. All of it served in one of those Lebanese flatbreads. Simply quite delcious! I'm still feeling full from last nights serving. Y |

I just love Haggis reminds me of the holidays in Aviemore when the kids were little. Did you make your own --bring in from UK-- or from butcher boy. Marj |

I got mine from Asda in Edinburgh!!! Not had a haggis from Cyprus yet, really should try and get one and see what it's like, have you tried a Butcher Boy haggis?? |
