We are extremely pleased to advise that BLUE EYES (formerley Dillon's) has now completed it's refurbishment and name change. 
Anyone who has not been there since late last year will see an enormous difference now (we think a great difference).
We feel that the atmosphere is much more congenial and for those of you of a "certain age" you may have fun identifying some of the old stars whose pictures now adorn our walls (with more to come, I might add).
The upper terrace (which is now waterproofed) benefits from heaters for those who wish to enjoy the "outside", even in these chillier times. The fans have also been replaced and so will give pleasant respite when the sun comes back out to play in earnest.
Kelvin's food is still as good as it ever was and Hannah looks after front of house with her usual cheery smile.
We plan to have some live music just as soon as our music licence gets finalised (after all, this is Cyprus
).
A website is in the process of being built and will hopefully be on the interweb within a week or so.
The final part of the refurbishment will be a neon sign on the roadside. That is planned for late March.
