I think we had a really good work out, and was good to see Sean and son Jay lose their cherry on the Olympico sports field. They both did very well, especially Sean considering he hadnt kicked a ball since they still had laces in them..

Not for me this week I'm afraid - started feeling my ankle 5 minutes in last week and could barely walk the next day - getting a bit worried I may be doing some lasting damage.

I've been downloading some ankle strengthening physio plans and going to give that a go for a while before I venture back out there.

Sorry to hear that mate. Think you are doing the best thing, but can understand how much of a pain in the ar8e it is.
