Just wondering if any ones had some interesting plans for the World Cup? Anyone having BBQs? Down the local? We not really decided where yet. We have taken 2 weeks off works so we can watch a lot more matches that just the England ones. |

We are at a wedding on the day of the first game so will be in the pub where the reception is. We are in Skiathos from 18/6 till 2/7 so will watch the next 2 games at least in the hotel along with a number of games involving other countries as there will be Italians, Germans,Dutch and Greeks at the hotel. Should be good ! Gary |

Probably be at home for most games, but will venture down the pub for the England games - not sure where yet, will have to research for the optimum combination of location/screen size/beer price. |

Martin, The Frog & Toad has a great young guy playing blues and a BBQ before the first England game on Saturday 12th June. Might be a good idea to book. Mark. |

There does seem a lot of places are advising the World Cup who normally don't even should football. We are probably going to stay with the tried and tested, partly due to Dean being worried that TV screen will small and poor placed, making tricky for him to see. We have also got a sort blanket invite from our Cypriot neighbour for all of the World Cup, so may watch some games next door. |
