Post subject:  Behaviour at football matches
Is this kind of behaviour ever acceptable at any sporting venue?

What steps should the authorities take to prevent further such attacks?

Should Hearts be deducted 3 points and barred from European competitions in the future?

Is it OK as it was only Neil Lemmon that was attacked?
