Thought I'd start this off it'll be interesting to look back at it as the next season starts and see how many of these rumours came true.
David Villa from Valencia is being chased by Spurs.
Steve Sidwell of Chelsea is keen to join Boro.
Alan Smith of Newcastle is a Rangers fan and Rangers are very interested in him. He flew to Glasgow after the West Ham game to watch the old firm match. His wages could be a problem for Rangers.
Keegan is interested in Leighton Baines from Everton and Dean Ashton of West Ham.

There's some for starters, if you know any post them on here and let's see how many prove to be accurate.

WBA to sign Gary Breen from Wolves on a free ( let's hope so !)
WBA to sign McShane from us for £1m ( let's hope so!) With them two in defence they are sure to be relegated.
Keegan and Keane want Aidan McGeady from Celtic.

Don't forget Kaka to Chelski for £55m (part of the £100m team rebuild) :shock:

It now appears the Breen WBA are signing is a 19 year old from Man City and not the old knacker from Wolves.
Aidan McGeady is interesting Newcastle,Sunderland AND Spurs. Will cost about £10m.
Sam Allardyce is ready to return to footy and has criticised Bolton.
Berbatov is going to Barcelona with Eto'o coming the other way to Spurs.
Arsenal have enquired about Kranjcar from Pompey but have been told he is not for sale.
Brian Howard, the captain of Barnsley is being sold and Everton and Pompey are interested.
Man Utd are interested in Wigan pair Valencia and Palacios but Steve Bruce wants Darren Fletcher as part of the deal.

Half the Man City squad wanting to leave as they're not happy about the Sven situation - I would take Richards, Petrov and Elano!

Needless to say, as a Spurs fan, we will have to endure reading the tfr rumours and in the end we could have signed half of the globes footballers before next season kicks off.

Spurs will sign a new right back, a new right winger, a keeper, a centre back and a replacement for Berbagoal.

I hope we ditch Jenas, Chimbonda, Lennon.

Well today I've read that Pompey and Newcastle are after Eidur Gudjohnsen.
Keegan is after Zoltan Gera from WBA.
Ajax are after Robert Huth from Boro
Man City are ready to offer £32m for Berbatov of Spurs
Chelsea want Micah Richards of Man City.

Michael Owen's current contract means he willbe taking a £40,000 per week drop in wages unless he can successfully negotiate a new one. Everton are preparing to bid for him.
If Hull City go up they want to buy Christian Vieri !

mendieta (released) took man u apart by himself when we won 4-1 member of our only ever winning cup final team (rumoured to want to stay where he lives possibly with carlisle does a lot of work at the local cricket club apparantly i kid you not)
lee dong gook (released thank fluck for that)


contract extensions
tom craddock 1 year (do not think he will cut it to be honest)
tony mcmahon 1 year (if he get back to where he was before his many injuries he will play for england)

negotiations
alledgedly offering the big aussie a new deal, will see if he wants to stay here (12 years so far) and play or go back to germany or try italy

Main ones today are Spurs to offer £15m for David Bentley of Blackburn
Leroy Lita to leave Reading for Blackburn
Spurs to offer Paul Robinson and cash for Hart the goalie at Man City
Boro want Alan Smith but he prefers a move to Rangers who are interested in a swap deal for Smith and Damien Duff in exchange for full back Cuellar
Newcastle also interested in Nicky Shorey from Reading ( the best left back I saw this season by the way)
Liverpool have not got a lot of dosh and have to sell to buy. Pompey and Newcastle favourites for Crouch.

Wouldn't be disappointed with any of those.

Quite happy to see the back of Smith and Duff too....

southgate has gone on record as saying he will leave it for brad jones (please no :shock: ) and ross turnbull (decent potential but am not convinced by him) to fight it out in preseason and he is not planning on buying any new keeper

not sure if this is just a ruse to try and avoid being linked with every keeper out there or if he means it
