A better game than I expected - thought both Drogba's sending off andTerry's penalty miss were both hilarious!
Only shame was that Ronaldo didn't have to pay the price for his ridiculous attempted show-boating!

I have to say as a football fan, and I am, as I pay for two season tickets fo rmy team,that the Football Fan is the absolute loser here. If ever there was an example of the heirachy not giving a toss about the fans then this is it. I'm sorry but common sense should have prevailed and the Russian FA should have been compensated and the venue changed. This is a recipe for disaster with news that fans will be arrested if seen drinking in public. Welcome I think not!! Thousands can expect to be caged up and if they leave the cage they will be arrested and miss the match ? My mate is a Man Utd season ticket holder and is going. He will be out of the country 24 hours and it will cost him £1.000- more than his season ticket ! To be honest I'm surprised anyone is going. Gary |

Be another snooze-fest I should imagine - two teams desperately trying to cancel each other out. Sign of the strength of the "Big 4" mind that none of them have been beaten by a non-English team this season.... |

I thought was a good game with the confidence clearly shifting during the game between the sides. Felt Chelsea were lucky to go in 1-1 but 2nd half was all them so to end of 90-mins even was fair enough. Extra time didn't really carry on at previous pace and the lottery was to be expected. |
