Neale Simpson, who was a member of the Dons/Aberdeen team who beat Real Madrid in 1983,
in the European Cup Winners Cup final in Gothenburg, has been in hospital in Paphos since Monday.
He fell beside his pool at his villa in Coral Bay Paphos.
