Been to Turf Moor a few times. I was once working in Burnley, years ago, and I drove past the ground and noticed a gate open, so I went and had a word with the groundsman and he took me for a walk onto the pitch and a chat. It was in the days when Turf Moor had the big terrace behind one goal and down the side. It was impressive. I've been there with Sunderland a few times too. Good club with great support for the size of the town. Gary |
