took in my first cypriot footie match last night..


i went with some mates to watch ael v apollon, it was superb.
the atmosphere was something i haven't witnessed for years.

anyway i went along as a fan of ael and we won 3 -1
well worth checking out if you are missing the footie.

i would say the standard was lower championship.

Hey, Cyprus footy is on the up isn't it ? Haven't got the facts to hand but their clubs are doing well in Europe, I believe.
Didn't Famagusta beat Olympiakos in the last round ?
Last night the national team only lost to Italy because of a last minute goal. You should get yourselves along and support them !!
