HTFC has appointed a young manager of some repute from Norwich, - Lee Clarke. As he is a well known former player and coach at Newcastle and Sunderland, I would welcome views from the fans in NE. Do you think he will do the business for us? That is eventual promotion to championship and this season to overtake Leeds United in league table, who are now only 2 places above us. Well Chris, looks like I'll be the first. He is newcastle through and through. He is inexperienced as a manager and has been plying his trade at Norwich under the wing of Glen Roeder. They have not set the world alight have they ? As a player he was a better than average midfielder who had an eye for goal. I don't believe he will be a member of MENSA and that might end up being your problem. Good Luck ! Gary |

I like Clarky and he's meant to be a decent coach, but like Gary suggests he's fairly well known for being a bit on the dense side so not sure how he'll take to the responsibility of management. Like to see him do well though. |
