I've been laid up over the weekend with some seriously dodgy guts but i reckon I should be OK for this - takes more than a bout of dysentery to keep me out of action!

I think Joe's lad Dan is making a guest appearance this week as well, but I'll find out for sure.

I'm beginning to suspect I may have developed some kind of intolerance to nuts - I was absolutely fine right up until Saturday afternoon, when I sat and ate a bowl full of pistachios and the results were almost immediate and fairly explosive!

Seem to recall feeling a bit ropey the last couple of times I've eaten peanuts too - could just be coincidence I suppose.

Back in the land of sexy football and available for this weeks game although after 4 weeks off I suspect there will be nothing sexy about my game, see you there.

I'm heading down the other way to collect Matthew tonight, but Geoff says he's asked Fletchy to pick you up - have you heard from him?

Besides, I'll have a car full as Joe and Dan are coming down with me - Joe says he's strictly coming as a spectator but I reckon we might be able to tempt him on to the pitch if we're short of numbers....
