Hi Brian (JGG), Whilst it was an excellent achievement for APOEL (watched the first 60 mins on Wednesday in the G&D with Tanny, Gotannatog and BD), I had thought Anorthosis qualified last year: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008%E2%80 ... ons_League I remembered they beat Olympiacos on the way  Regards, Ian |

Hi Brian, Then the Famagusta Gazzette needs to get it facts right!! Perhaps the journo wasn't an Anorthosis fan, but I remember watching them, because they came very close to qualifying from their group. Which would have been a very good achievement.  Hope Apoel do well  Ian |
