Good old Roy Keane - when any real football supporter is horrified at the thought the Premiership Title will now be decided in Sidney or somewhere far flung. The only way for Sunderland to play abroad????

What is football coming to???? Real supporters, of whatever team, must resist this!!!!

Go on Roger, you have a dig as well.
First get your facts right. These games, if they come off, will not decide the title. They will be played in January.
Interesting to see Arsene Wenger, you know, that manager whose team also find it difficult to qualify for Europe, backs it as well.
The way your lot are performing, you needn't dust down your passport for a year at least.
Gary :D

I think it's an idea with some potential, but they haven't really thought it through - maybe play a series of games abroad, but don't have them count towards the Prem?

From my understanding of what is being done, it's one match between 2 premiership teams being played abroad instead of in the UK, nothing wrong with that, especially if it gives those fans who don't live in the UK the chance to see their team play
