1 x 3 seater Italian waxed leather sofa 1 x 2 seater Italian waxed leather sofa Colour: Chocolate Brown with ‘Button’ upholstery. (Above items are matching) Large bookcase (oak veneer) 200 x 97 x 48 cms. 3 adjustable shelves with large sized cupboard underneath – effectively making it 4 shelves - 1 or 2 minor scratches on the cupboard doors. 1 x teak effect dining room unit – 186 x 152 x 50 cms. Top-half has 2 engraved glass doors, with 2 glass shelves & one teak shelf inside; full-width shelf above; drinks cabinet; drawers and cupboards underneath. Main display of the upper cabinet fitted with display lighting. Splits into 2 for transportation. 1 x oval teak effect dining table 180 x 90 cms – extendable by 30cms – with 6 chairs - 4 ‘standard’ & 2 carvers. Both the dining room unit and the dining table are matching items. 1 x Sanyo 26 inch TV – Nicam Stereo – normal or widescreen options – with stand & shelf 1 x MDF bookcase – 118 x 75 x 37 cms – 2 adjustable shelf bookcase 1 x 2 shelf solid walnut bookcase 2 glass fronted sliding doors 85 x 91 x 34 cms. 1 x solid wood coffee table – not sure which type – could be teak or light oak - 128 x 68 cms with shelf underneath 1 x Headboard suitable for king size bed - Silver/Grey Regency design 'ruffle effect' on top.
