Why? They only cost £20 direct from Sky!!

I had 2 white viewing cards from SKY via UK address. There was no way that I could manage to get then activated here. And yes I know about withholding phone number.

We are now working with a Sky card from a UK supplier and that was activated by the supplier after delivery to Cyprus.

Cost was £30 plus a couple of phone calls.

I've activated several, both here and in the UK before bringing them out.
