CC cleaner does exactly what it says. The man benefit is that it finds errors or redundant lines in the registry and fixes them. It is also a good tool for restricting all those programs and have automatically installed priority start up when you switch on. (eg if you don't need say your camera software pre-loaded for a quick start, why take up the valuable computer resources. )
Use CC cleaner properly then run a defrag and performance will noticeably be improved.
