Both Cyta & Primetel advertised a doubling of broadband speeds with no increase in cost to the consumer. Anyone had the increase? Not happened here, thought it might have happened last night as the service was down from 8pm. |

Primetel indicate Business services were to be increased in August with the household service being increased by 1st October. I pay for the 6mbs package and get this result:  I noticed my last 2 bills now show 12mbs but assume all bills were automatically uprated with the latest package when they started the upgrade on the business accounts. |
