Do you mean UK Vodafone or Cytamobile-Vodafone?
You need to contact the original supplier, and you also need to be the original owner (if UK based)

You need Brommerz, he's the expert, but not sure whether he comes on here. The *only* way to 'factory unlock' an iPhone 4s is to ask the company who locked it. You may be able to get it jailbroken depending on which iOs it's on, but then you won't be able to connect it to iTunes again. |

Thanks. The phone is locked to Vodaphone but need to use it with my MTN sim also. |
