Need more info

What program are you using?
Who is your ISP?
Why is it so large? Maybe it's a photo or loads of them?

Is it a 'document with 18 photos on it' or '18 photos plus a separate document'?

If the second one, then just send half the photos at once, if it's the first one, maybe save each page separately and send them that way.

???

Firstly, what format are the photos in? If quality is not a major important I would save them as jpg format. This format compress the most. If quality is important try tif or gif format. Never save them as bmp format - this is massive.

Zip - to zip going into explore and select the files you want to zip (do this with the shift and/or ctrl buttons). Then right click this will give you some options you want "sent to" which will give you more options. You want "compressed (zip) folder", pick that and you should be ok from there. If not let me know and I'll try and help further. Be careful when zipping some files dont compress (like the jpg I mention above) and the zip file can be bigger that the original!

Another problems could be you on line email box. It varies depending on who your is provide and how you manage your email. If you leave your email on line and don't download them and remove them from the server, it may that you email box is just too full. If that's the case time for a clean and tired up.
