AS minerva has pointed out we were without an internet connection yesterday so I have no axe to grind re the Quiz, but I am curious about question 38 in particular.

38. What butt are lucky people said to have in their mouths at birth ?

Now I have looked up my Chambers Dictionary and there are 5 seperate entries for Butt, but[ that's an alternative spelling for 3 of them ] not one mentions a Silver Spoon.

I select one from each category at random 1 To strike with the head, as a goat 2. The buttocks 3. Someone who is made an object of ridicule 4. A large cask of beer 5. a flounder.

Well you see Alastair,

If we didn't have the word censor running, it would have said 'A.S.S' you see but as we do, it made it even more cryptic than the rest

I still got 6 correct answer tho

To be brutally honest, I never saw that until I got the answers back yesterday, so I promise to double check this weekend if I'm sober enough that is after the Taverna Meeting

I didn't get 8. One of them being number 38 I couldn't work out how to get my silver spoon out of your butt Managed to get 42 tho so really chuffed

Have to say thoroughly enjoyed it though and look forward to the next one
