Just nipped into M&S as our oven is on the blink and lordy lordy 2 freezers of frozen food.
All the old favs, came out laden. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I bet it will be all gone by Wednesday. So bang goes the diet for a week or how ever long it takes to get the thermostat sorted. What the hell, we are going to enjoy it!!

Yes it is the Paphos one just below the Post office in the old town.
Great selection as of this afternoon but wouldn't think it will last long the rate it was flying out of the door.

Since living here we have not had a frozen ready meal. The meat is such good quality and so cheap, as are the veg and salad stuff.

If all you have is a microwave at the moment I suppose that is a different story, but I don't miss the ready cooked frozen stuff at all. Not even M&S frozen meals.

We are having our first barbeque of the year tomorrow. When our friends turn up for their lunch we will tell them it was an April Fool. :rofl

I can honestly say that the ready meals we have had I could count on one hand. Generally we love to cook. But sometimes when we are tired something quick is great. I always remembered M&S ready meals to be excellent. So as the oven is on the blink, it is a great excuse for us to make the most of what M&S have to offer.
Oh and other treats such as their lemonade, salad dressings, chocolate and lots of other goodies. Seventh heaven.

I am certainly going to stock the freezer and make sure we have at least one night a week with a quick meal that we don't have to slave over. More time to do other things!

Hi :greetings is it all new foods then, in the little shop next to the clothes one? As when I went in there last it was just cakes and a selection of tinned foods, no frozen.
By Mothercare etc?
For me being a veggie it was great, they used to do a lot of different unusual dishes, in the UK anyway.
I hate cooking and domestic duties, should have been born a man

Not just a cracker, Molly. Biscuits, cakes, pies - in fact anything that came her way.
