Now I'm sure we all know this is an increasing problem, especially with the proliferation of online transactions, but losing a bit of money is nothing compared to what can happen - spare a thought for this poor fella:

a colleagues partner, has just been visited re benefit fraud, he knew he had had his bank account scammed, but it seems now they are using his ID to claim benefit. They turned up at his workplace, but the onus is on him to prove it wasnt him!
