Flu virus with 'pandemic potential' found in China
What next? Plague of locusts, 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse? :doh

A new strain of flu that has the potential to become a pandemic has been identified in China by scientists.
It emerged recently and is carried by pigs, but can infect humans, they say.
The researchers are concerned that it could mutate further so that it can spread easily from person to person, and trigger a global outbreak.
While it is not an immediate problem, they say, it has "all the hallmarks" of being highly adapted to infect humans and needs close monitoring.
As it's new, people could have little or no immunity to the virus.

These are normal occurrences however without a story the government has no shield, the press has no news and the idle have nothing else to talk about.

Lets let any virus prevail, blow itself out (as they do) and it will take the victims it wants to take.

Back to the law of the jungle - survival of the fittest. Only problem is that doesn't necessarily mean the brightest.

Every winter there are various types of flu and this year will be a major headache for those experts deciding what to include in the flu jab.

Hello All, In one of my posts I mentioned that my cousin is the head of the Eco health alliance studying the transference of diseases from wildlife into humans, this short video might help explain how we are all prone to viruses, it lasts 3 minutes worth a watch because the next one is coming.
