Can anyone recommend a management company to take over the running of small four property complex.

Currently one of the residents is taking care of organising cutting of trees and shrubs, paying water and electricity bills etc but this is no longer possible.

We need communal areas (which is very small) cleaned, pool taken care of, bills paid etc.

We have had quotes from some of t h e bigger companies out there but really is not viable for us. Any recommendations for any smaller companies would be welcomed.
