It's all down hill so I'd estimate 30-40 minutes depending on where exactly you start and finish!

Which bit of Tala are you going to? If you are going to upper Tala (cat park, monastery, amphitheatre etc) there is a lot of quite steep uphill walking involved which can add to the time that it will take. If you are aiming for Tala square there are only a few uphill sections, so should be easier.
