Doncha just hate it when people are wrong and they can't see it? It is to do with the flamin' functionality of the forum as it is different to anything we have used before. So it is caused by the forum being different. The only way we would have known that was if we were psychic.

We have now sussed it out. We now know how to get round it. The operators were and are fine.

We have now been told by an expert [Digby] that the back-up facility isn't recommended on This Forum [although on the 3 others of which we are members ]- and we have learnt to use a different method - all well and good! Everyone is learning, as you say, and it can be fun!!! Critisism of our learning experiences is not! :there :there

Sorry, I didn't know that Digby was an expert on phpbb3 :shock: :wink:

I admitted when I was wrong but it seems I'm the only one who does that :lol: :lol:

There is nothing wrong with the forum functionality, just some members who aren't use to how it works :celeb2

I've offered to give lessons & show people how things work but NO, everyone's an expert :manic :banghead :wink:
