I don't eat a lot of chocolate myself, think I'll keep it that way! Anyone here notice their mood changing after a choc-fest?

Hi,

They obviously have never worked in an office with women who frequently shout ‘I NEED CHOCOLATE’ who then feel better for a while after indulging but like all things that give you a kick :wink: they wear off and the feeling comes back again..

I like the Chilli chocolate made by Lindt (you can get it in Carrefour) and it’s my indulgence every now and then.

Keep the chocolate coming that’s what I say and if KRAFT ever change the CADBURY's recipe It’s an all out war.

Having not had chocolate for a whole 13 weeks :banghead I have not noticed any change in my mood for not having any. Miss it like mad and still desire the taste especially when I am in the supermarket but happy that the lard is coming off.

Of course it can look how happy people were in WWII when you couldn't get it (chocolate I mean).

Every time I buy my fav white chocolate I vow to eat just 2 squares a day, but then happily eat the whole bar in one go, then get I depressed. :banghead
