Hope people expecting visitors or trying to get back to the UK aren't affected by this: Quote: BAA airport staff vote for strike action
Brian Boyd, Unite: "If strike action goes ahead, BAA faces total shutdown of six airports" Staff at six UK airports owned by BAA have voted three to one in favour of striking in a dispute over pay, their union says. LGW is not part of CAA anymore, neither Manchester or Newcastle so will not be affected unless they come out in sympathy with the others |
