Has today been declared an extra hunting day?

It was very quiet on the hunting scene yesterday - everyone intent on the election results, I suppose. But there are shots being fired up here this morning and I was wondering whether an extra day has been awarded. I know they were shooting last Saturday and that was an extra day.

Can't answer your question Verity - but I'm curious.........

When is the hunting season supposed to be and does anyone pay attention to the 'game reserves'? We were on the Akamas a couple of weeks ago and saw several guys with shotguns, don't think they were out for a ramble!!! :shock:

Helen, hunting season goes from October through til the end of February, although they can still hunt certain species in March - as if they differentiate the species. :roll:

It is Sunday and Wednesday. But there are shots still going off as I type.
