kalimera everyone just a little moan, why is it that no matter what beach you go to for a walk or just to have a seat and admire the scenery, along comes an A------LE ON A QUAD BIKE stirring up dust and stones and disturbing the peace etc, even when little kids are around, i have nothing against quad bikes but in the right place not on the beach , thats my victor meldrew moment for today regards bill.

They annoy me, too, Bill. I think they are dangerous and that most people who are driving them don't know how to control them properly.

And they are noisy, too.

Absolutely, these are the onshore version of Jet skis, driven badly by people that should know better and need to be banned from beaches, now there is danger not only from being in the water swimming but sitting having a quiet relaxing PEACEFUL time by the sea.

Not forgetting the noise and emissions polluting the area.

Simple way to stop the getting onto beaches is to make it impossible for them to gain access by putting large rocks/boulders around the said beach area, that way the bikes can't get through & onto the beach

I thought they were only for use on off road tracks but you see dozens of them screaming down the outside of your car everyday in Paphos

The police to need to start pulling these guys over & fining them
