Has anyone heard anymore on the paphos marina ?
Someone said that leptos had got the contract to build the paphos marina, but I dont know if this is true or not,, you how the rumors fly around paphos

Has anyone heard anymore on the paphos marina ? Someone said that leptos had got the contract to build the paphos marina, but I dont know if this is true or not,, you how the rumors fly around paphos

The marina contract may well be awarded to Leptos, but I can find no press release to suggest that the government has announced that the contract has been awarded. The government isn't usually shy about awarding prestigious infrastructure projects, so my instinct tells me that it is rumour. Someone probably saw a Leptos vehicle on the proposed site and made the assumptions. |

Here is some more speculation to throw into the equation... I heard Leptos got the deal for the university...Pafilia the new golf course and Aristo the marina.... but who knows hey...Delivery dates being what they are with a lot of developers, I can't see anything happening for a long time.. |

well i heard that a number of Joint Ventures were being setup to make sure all the big boys get a slice of the various pies, even if they don't "win" themselves |

Hi I saw that Leptos had been awarded the contract for the Paphos Marina elsewhere but like others have yet to see any other news. |
