if it is for delivery in the UK we always use http://www.charityflowers.co.uk/ They have always been excellent except this last mother's day when they did not deliver in time, turned out a gale kept the planes from taking off. I phoned and complained and they sent another bouquet and a letter of apology immediately, no questions asked and then the first turned up so she got 2 - well chuffed. The do vases and chocolates and other things. They have a long list of charities to which they make a donation, per order Alastair |
