Post subject:  road kills

I, like most other people get really upset when seeing poor dead cats and dogs, and other little animals in the road, just about every day.
I can't believe that some restaurants and hotels don't remove the sad corpses when they are right outside their premises, not only do many get left (sometimes for weeks) to be run over many more times... heart breaking.. but this must really upset holiday makers, especially children, what horrid memories to take home, it would spoil my holiday and put me off coming again.
I believe the bin operatives sometimes move them if passing, but nobody else seems to bother.

I know what you mean. But on a fairly fast road like the Paphos-Polis one, it's not always possible to safely stop & move bodies.

I'll try to lighten your mood now ...
We drove round a corner the other day and saw red splattered across our side of the road. Gulp, poor thing - then saw the green rind and realised it was a smashed watermelon   :crylaughin
