Thursday isn't a holiday, only Wednesday was so yes the PO will be open as usual! DD |

I can honestly say I have the dubious privilege on Never receiving a giro in my 43 years of work in the UK....Dam I was such an Idoit........... Thank you DD  the only sensible answer, thought it would be just wanted to check have a letter to get to the UK by next Fri..I know is asking but we live in hope, & a FAST plane!!

Hope so DD ive found it either takes 3 days or 3 wks, its just something for a very special person, my adopted faerie daughter  in UK whose getting married next Sat, & the date suddenly crept up on me. So i will leave it in the hands of the "Flying Faeries" in disguise as the postal service!!.....
