Like this perhaps, I used to sell them in the 80s & 90s. Very heavy and they can't be put away when you have guests. Also you need to get the engineers to come to the machine and from what I hear (because I get asked to do it all the time) its a trip from Nicosia. However if you can get one cheap out here, it would be a bargain.

She prob calling round tomorrow so I'll show her pic, dosent need to put put away has she has a sewing room, do you have one at all anyway??..x

I only posted that because many people ask for an industrial when what they really want is a very good quality domestic.
The industrial machine runs on a constant running clutch motor, doing anything from 1500 to 4000 stitches per minute. For those trained in factories it is no problem.

I remember Jill of the curtain workshop had some industrial equipment when she was at Mr Chicken road, perhaps send her a PM?

No she wants a Real, Proper, Industrial one, not a namby pamby little silly machine!!!... shes well trained, its her job..

That's frightening, so many stitches per second! I have 2 flat stitching machines, a blind hemming machine, a 5 thread overlocker, a button making machine, an eyeletting and 2 domestic and i need them all, the only spare machine that i would like to sell is the one that puts the heading tape on and forms a type of pintuck, i don't like it.

its OK Jill it is per minute not per second It also depends on what work you are doing and the type of industrial. Shirt machines are the fastest at about 4000 a minute. The 20U pictured is nearer 1500 flat out.
