Sounds viral to me but they should see a Dr for the process of elimination.

Hope they feel better soon.

It could be one of a multitude of things, or even more than one, so go to see a doctor asap.

These questions need a lot more info, temp/pulse/resp/ history and so on and I would need to look at the person as that tells you many things, how they move, type of rash, raised, area, etc.

Hence the advice to go see a doctor.

Thats exactly what I was talking about, any history of allergies, any signs of insect bites, food allergies, sudden or slow onset, we could go on for ever

And maybe change the doctor. Although sometimes diagnosis isn't easy and is a process of elimination. Even in the 21st century.

[size=150]Hi All thanks for your answers
Now I have found out that her foot is swollen and very painfull , docs put her on antibiotics and piriton.
The rash seems to be subsiding.
I have told her ot go back to docs.
Thanks for any advice. :)

Does she have any marks on her foot? Any sign of a bite or a sting? The antibiotics will take a couple of days to get into her system. The piriton will deal with any allergic reaction and make her feel more comfortable. I am sure the doc has told her not to drive whilst on piriton. It knocks me out, so no chance of me driving if I take it.

In that case give the antibiotics 48 to 72 hours to get into her system. They take a while to work, and she should take the whole course, even if her foot gets better before she has finished them.

Sister Spencer. Over and out.
