Hi Sam,

The weather is unpredictable at present, it's cold when the sun goes down but as high as 20c mid-day, it sometimes rains but only for a wee while...

In the summer it's always sunny, hot & dry.. so no worries about the cyprus weather when you come over

I have been out today and wore tights, trousers, long sleeved top, fleece and a fleecey jacket. Plus gloves. We left the log burner on low and have just banked it up now we are home as it is quite cold outside. I was warmer in the UK over Christmas.

I believe it was around freezing first thing this morning. I was reluctant to get out from under my duvet.

Been bright and sunny today, though.

I only have a 4.5 tog duvet, and last night I felt it was really cold, so out came the thick blanket - first time this year! I tend to wear tracky bottoms and a sweater when I come in from work, then lie on the settee watching telly with a fleece blanket over me - lovely and toasty warm. Thank goodness it doesn't last long

The Cyprus climate is changing, the winters are getting colder..
We are just about to start a new property development
6 town houses (stone)
we have instructed the architect to do them with cavity wall insulation, and provision for C\H

I think it is a necessity now.
So many houses have been built with single layer walls
they are bloody freezing in the winter

Blooming freezing today!

Sitting in the office with my jacket on, and my fingers are so cold it's hard to type properly - must have been in Cyprus too long, I'm getting soft!

It's true what they say, there's always someone worse off (and in this case, it isn't Neil!)
