Why are the UK online newspapers focussed on what goes on in the USA? Yes, I suppose it is technically 'news', but is it of any interest to UK citizens? Their latest fixation is on someone called Kobe Bryant........no I hadn't heard of him previously either! |

Also still none the wiser even though we were bombarded with media coverage, especially on the TV. Initially thought it was just him and the crew, so rather surprised when I found out later there were other people on board. |

When Gordon Banks the greatest Goalie ever died it only got the minimal mention on BBC yet a totally unknown in the UK US basket ball player dies it gets mentions on nearly every BBC bulletin. |
