Has anyone tried supermarket home delivery?

Needed some bits but am trying to just go out once a week, so thought I would give it a try.

Started with Alpha Mega using the Foody website. Not a chance unfortunately. By 11:30 all delivery slots were taken, plus it turns out they won't deliver to Tala and want a minimum order of €50 plus €7 for the delivery.

Changed tack and rang Garden of Eden. Yes, they deliver to Tala. Minimum order is €20 and delivery is free! Placed my order over the phone. They called back with a couple of items that weren't available and the order turned up a couple of hours later, in some nice wooden crates that he didn't want back. They will bring anything they sell, including butchery and deli items.

Very impressed with Garden of Eden, but a shame about Alpha Mega.
