Well it is now officially admitted by the so-called 'Regulator' that airlines continue to flout the law in respect to repayments for cancelled flights;

Do they get penalised, what do you think?

Time someone responsible for law & order (er... difficult one in 21st. century UK) brought an action against those in the industry breaking the law.

Will it ever happen, it seems doubtfull!

We should have come over on 14th May, Easyjet said we would be refunded in 28 days we're still waiting. Teletext first said 31 July then they said September. We reported to our Credit card company regarding the situation.
Easyjet emailed us saying that they had refunded our flight costs but as we've not received anything we con only assume they've sent it to Teletext who we booked through.

We applied through our bank for 'Chargeback', which resulted in reimbursement last week from Ryanair of our flight costs paid in April this year!

Easyjet told us that they had refunded our 14th of May flight costs over a week ago so I contacted Teletext Holidays who said that it will be the end of August before they refund it to us along with the accommodation costs us.
