Was talking to a guy last night who had used one of the Blue ATM machines. He withdrew €40 and was given an exchange rate of 1 to 1
+ £6 fee……£46 to get €40

They should be made illegal

These machines are supplies by a private company and not affiliated to any bank. Their terms are clearly there is you click and read them.

These machines are expensive to manufacture and install so they have to make their money back as any business would.

Granted their exchange rate isn’t good and they have to pay a charge to the banks which they are charging on but do you really expect a private company to do this for nothing?

If people do not like the blue ATM s , let them go to a bank ATM .

I think the blue ones offer a fair service and will continue to use them .
